Effects of sub-chronic exposure of male albino rats to some insecticides on mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress in the kidney with molecular docking

The present study evaluated the adverse effects of three widely used insecticides in Egyptian environment on mitochondrial bioenergetic and oxidative stress biomarkers rat kidney. Chlorpyrifos, cypermethrin, imidacloprid were orally administrated to male albino rats at 1/50 LD50 for 28 days by 5 doses /week. caused a significant vivo decrease activities biomarkers; NADH dehydrogenase, adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione S- transferase (GST) while malondialdehyde (MDA) protein carbonyl contents (PCC) significantly increased. Further, chromatography analysis demonstrated that 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OH-2DG) increased considerably urine as DNA damage biomarker. kidney deficiency was confirmed histological examination silico simulation (Molecular docking absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, toxicity (ADMET)). alterations tested parameters symptoms deformation tissues, demonstrating hazardous effects. laboratory results showed impact conformity with (molecular ADMET).
